Hatz can let you reference OneDrive and SharePoint files in supported product surfaces through the Microsoft 365 connection. Use the current Microsoft 365 Integration article for full setup steps, permissions, and current capabilities.
How OneDrive access works
Each user connects their own Microsoft 365 account.
Hatz can only access files that the connected Microsoft user is allowed to access in Microsoft.
Available file actions depend on the selected Microsoft 365 toolkits, the product surface, Microsoft permissions, and current Hatz capabilities.
If Microsoft requires admin approval, ask a Microsoft 365 Global Admin to review and approve the Hatz Microsoft 365 app for your organization.
Troubleshooting
If OneDrive does not open, reconnect Microsoft 365 and confirm the OneDrive or SharePoint toolkit is selected.
If a file is missing, confirm the same Microsoft user can open that file directly in OneDrive or SharePoint.
If an agent is involved, confirm whether the agent is being used in Chat, a workflow, email, or another surface, and include the agent link and file name when contacting Support.
