MSP

  • When to use it:

    • When you're tasked with automating repetitive tasks, managing systems, or performing batch processes. AI might not get it 100% right 100% of the time, but it's great at helping you get started.

  • Who should use it?

    • System Administrators, IT Support Technicians, DevOps Engineers, Network Administrators, Database Administrators, Security Professionals, Software Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud Administrators, IT Managers/Directors

  • When to use it:

    • When an MSP wants to reach out to its clients about their AI usage. This is an excellent tool that MSPs can use to quickly and visually explain the current risks of AI usage, but also demonstrate the opportunity AI presents in the business.

  • When to use it:

    • When you need help writing a tricky email - maybe you can't get the tone quite right, or you just need help getting started.

  • Who should use it?

    • Anyone!

  • When to use it:

    • When you need to get a high-level summary of a long document

  • Who should use it?

    • Professionals who need to quickly review lots of long documents, and when a general summary without the nitty-gritty details is acceptable

  • When to use it:

    • Similar to the Executive Document Summary, but instead of getting a full summary, you can ask questions about the doc and get short and sweet answers.

  • Who should use it?

    • Anyone who needs to find a specific answer in a file, and CTRL+F isn't getting the job done

  • When to use it:

    • When you need to get yourself up to speed on a topic quickly. Need a crash course on HIPAA? Cryptocurrency? Microgreens?

  • Who should use it?

    • Anyone!

  • When to use it:

    • Let's say you have a bunch of disparate files (quarterly sales data, customer feedback, annual board meeting notes) and you want to see how things are looking for the org, or you want to find any trends or comparisons. Let AI quickly sort through them.

  • Who should use it?

    • Anyone who is dealing with multiple kinds of reports and needs to make sense of them quickly

HR

  • When to use it:

    • When you need to compare an applicant to a job description to see how good of a match they'd be

  • Who should use it?

    • Hiring managers looking for a quick analysis

    • Individuals in the job market who want to see how a hiring manager might view their resume/CV

  • When to use it:

    • When you have questions about HR policies that you'd rather not discuss in person, or wait for an answer - get answers right away with AI!

  • Who should use it?

    • Anyone!

  • When to use it:

    • When your company is hiring, but you want to make sure you're posting an opportunity that will bring in the top-tier, competitive candidates. AI will find current posts similar to yours and help you write an even better one.

  • Who should use it?

    • Hiring managers, recruiters

Legal

  • When to use it:

    • Legal teams who want to peruse a ToS or privacy policy to learn about specific clauses, or to sense-check a ToS

  • Who should use it?

    • Legal teams, but everyone should read ToS - and this AI helps you do that

Finance

  • When to use it:

    • Before a board meeting when you need to get high level info of a messy financial doc

  • Who should use it?

    • CFOs, RevOps

  • When to use it:

    • When you're reviewing a financial statement and need to find all of the transactions greater / less than "X"
