Use the Hatz status page to check whether there is an active incident or degraded service: https://status.hatz.ai.
During an active incident, the status page is the source of truth for current status and updates. If the status page does not show an active incident, report the actual symptom instead of assuming the issue is an outage.
If the status page does not show an active incident, or if your account is still affected after an incident is resolved, create a structured support ticket with the affected tenant or users, timing, symptoms, scope, evidence, and workaround.
