Unleash Your Productivity: A Guide to the OneDrive and SharePoint Integration with Hatz AI

The integration of Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint with Hatz AI unlocks a wealth of opportunities for users looking to supercharge their workflow. Whether you're managing personal documents, collaborating on team projects, or automating file-based workflows across your organization, this fusion brings the power of AI to your fingertips.

What is the OneDrive and SharePoint Integration?

This feature-rich integration allows Hatz AI to connect directly with your Microsoft 365 environment. It provides tools for managing files and folders, sharing content, and searching your cloud storage across both your personal OneDrive and your team's SharePoint sites. With Hatz AI connected, you can automate tasks, gain instant access to your documents, and perform intelligent operations on all your cloud data.

Secure and Compliant Access

Each user connects their individual Microsoft account through our secure integration, following Microsoft's standard authentication process. This ensures that the integration strictly complies with all security protocols and respects the access permissions assigned to each user.

The Hatz AI integration will never have more access than what is granted to the user within their Microsoft 365 account, guaranteeing alignment with your organization's governance policies.

How to Connect

  1. Log in to your Hatz AI dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the "Workshop" tab and click on "Integrations".

  3. Click "Add Integration" and find "OneDrive & SharePoint".

  4. Click "Add" and then "Connect with OneDrive".

  5. Follow the prompts to log in to your Microsoft Account. This single connection will enable access to both OneDrive and SharePoint.

2. Seamless File and Folder Management

  • List Items: Navigate your OneDrive or any SharePoint document library by listing the contents of a folder.

  • Download Files: Directly download files from both OneDrive and SharePoint.

  • Update Metadata: Modify the metadata of your files and folders, such as renaming them, regardless of where they are located.

3. Advanced Sharing and Collaboration

  • Create Sharing Links: Generate secure links to share files and folders from either OneDrive or SharePoint with colleagues and collaborators.

  • Access Recent & Shared Items: Quickly find files you've recently worked on or view a list of all files and folders that have been shared with you from across your organization.

4. Powerful SharePoint-Specific Tools

  • Get SharePoint List Items: Access and retrieve items directly from your SharePoint lists. This allows you to work with structured data like project tasks, client directories, or inventory logs without leaving the chat.

  • Streamline Collaboration: Ensure all your OneDrive and SharePoint files are easily accessible and actionable, making teamwork more efficient.

Scenario 1: Automated Document Distribution

With the OneDrive toolkit, you can automatically find a specific report using the powerful Graph Search, generate a sharing link for it, and then pass that link to another tool to be sent to your team via email or a messaging platform.

Scenario 2: Quick Access to Project Files

When starting your day, you can ask Hatz AI to list your most recent files. This allows you to quickly pick up where you left off without having to manually navigate through your folder structure.

Scenario 3: AI-Powered Information Discovery

Imagine you need to find all documents related to a specific project from the last quarter. By using the Graph Search capability, Hatz AI can perform a targeted search and provide you with a list of relevant files, which you can then choose to download or share.
