The standalone OneDrive & SharePoint Integration article is retained for customers who have an old link, but the standalone Microsoft tools were sunset on February 5, 2026. Use the consolidated Microsoft 365 Integration article for current setup steps and capabilities.
If an older agent or workflow still references a deprecated standalone Microsoft tool, replace it with the consolidated Microsoft 365 integration and reconnect Microsoft 365 if prompted. Each user still needs their own Microsoft 365 connection, and Microsoft permissions continue to determine what that user can access.
