Finding current Hatz integrations
The most accurate place to see integrations available to your organization is inside Hatz under Workshop > Connections. Availability can vary by workspace, package, role, feature flag, provider status, and security review.
If an integration appears in Hatz but not in docs, use the in-product connection instructions first. If an integration appears in docs but not in your workspace, it may be disabled for your organization, in a controlled rollout, or no longer available.
Common integration families
Microsoft 365 for Outlook, Calendar, Contacts, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Excel.
PSA and service management integrations such as ConnectWise Manage, Autotask, HaloPSA, and related Sell-AI PSA sync options where enabled.
CRM, sales, and customer systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot where available.
Built-in AI tools such as Code Execution, web research, Hatz Workshop Assistant, and model/tool automation.
MCP integrations and custom MCP servers for approved provider and customer-managed tool connections.
Why integrations may change
Hatz continuously evaluates integration providers for security practices, reliability, and product fit. Hatz may add, restrict, deprecate, or sunset integrations when a provider changes behavior, a security concern is identified, or a better first-class integration replaces an older path.
