The Hatz Workshop

Navigating the Workshop and finding templates

The Hatz Workshop is where you can go to find templates built by the Hatz community, and anything built by you or shared with you.

What are templates?

Discover Community template filters with Workflows selected.

Templates are what we call any kind of AI "automation" shared to the community discover page. They include:

  • Apps

    • Saved collections of prompts that can automate a specific step using AI

  • Workflows

    • 1 or more apps joined to create multi-step AI processes

  • Agents

    • Chat interface with specific parameters like voice, persona, and context, and can access apps and workflows

Discover Community Page

If you're on the community discover page, you can sort by template type - filter out anything that isn't an App, or a Workflow, for example.

You can use the search bar to find templates with certain keywords, or you can browse by category to find what you're looking for by industry.

All Categories page listing template categories such as Business, Text Writing, Operations, and Marketing.

To take something from the discover community page and put it in your own environment (My Items) you need to duplicate it, which makes a copy of the template so you can edit it and make it work better for your needs.

To duplicate a template, click the three dots in the right corner and choose duplicate.

In some cases, you need to save to your favorites, and then check out "My Items" to edit it.

My Items

My Items are the templates (apps, workflows, and agents) that are only visible to YOU. You can share them with other people, but they all begin as private to your personal Hatz environment.

You can filter by type, publication status, and category. You can even filter out templates that you created, you favorited, and search through their run history.

Shared Items

These are resources shared with you through your organization. You can collaborate and access shared workflows, apps, and agents here. We used to call this "My Organization," but it now has more functionality than before.

Integrations

Integrations moved over here under the Workshop, since it makes more sense to see what external tools and services are available as you're building. See what you've already connected, and what's available to you.
