Assigning a Phone Agent to an End Customer

These actions can be taken by admin users in the Admin Dashboard.

After purchasing a phone agent, navigate to the Phone Agent Tab.

  1. Click Create New Agent

  2. Select a Phone Number

  3. Click Next

  4. Configure the New Phone Agent

  5. In the "Permission Setup" Section, decided which tenant you would like this phone agent to belong to.

  6. Continue with the Settings Configuration

  7. Finalize the Email Confirmation

  8. Click Create Agent
