Identifying and Upgrading Workshop Items Using Deprecated Tools

Understand the workflow for identifying and upgrading Workshop Items that use deprecated tools.

How to find your Workshop Items with deprecated tools for your own items:

1. Navigate to the Workshop tab and click "My Items"

2. To filter to review only Items with deprecated tools click the checkbox "Show only items with deprecated tools"

3. Hover over each item, clearly flagged with a waring symbol and hover over the symbol to see which tool is impacted.

How to find Workshop Items with deprecated tools for your tenants:

  1. Navigate to the tenant you want to manage

2. To filter to review only Items with deprecated tools click the checkbox "Show only items with deprecated tools"

3. Hover over each item, clearly flagged with a waring symbol and hover over the symbol to see which tool is impacted.

To take action you have two options, notify the creators or auto resolve.

4. Select "Notify All Creators"

5. When you select Notify All Creators, users will receive an email

6. Select "Auto-Resolve"

7. This will auto change the deprecated tools to the new and improved tools
