Please note that formal support for the Halo PSA integration is not yet available during the beta period. This includes use case workshops and guided implementation sessions specific to Halo PSA. MSPs should plan to self-test and validate workflows internally while we gather feedback and finalize supporting materials.
We’ve released the Halo PSA integration in a public beta testing period. This beta has been made available in response to strong customer demand for this functionality, and we encourage all MSPs to connect to it, test it in their environment, and submit feedback to help us refine the experience ahead of general availability.
Security remains a priority. The integration is built with security in mind, and customers should not be concerned about the security of the integration as part of this beta release.
