The Pinecone Integration and documentation is currently in a Beta period. Beta Features must be enabled in the tenant in order to access the Pinecone Integration.
Connect Pinecone to power semantic “find the most relevant info” retrieval for Hatz—so it can search across large knowledge bases and ticket history, pull the best-matching context, and produce more accurate answers, summaries, and recommendations.
1) Find your Pinecone API Key
Where to find your Pinecone API Key
Log in to the Pinecone Console.
In the left-hand menu, click API Keys (sometimes labeled Keys).
Copy an existing API key — or click Create API Key to generate a new one.
Notes
If your Pinecone account uses the older console layout, you may need to select a Project first, then go to API Keys.
Treat your API key like a password—don’t share it publicly.
2) Connect in Hatz
Login to the customer dashboard view
Click the Workshop Tab
Click Integrations
Click Add an Integration
