Stay Organized, Stay Productive
Chat Folders—a simple, powerful way to organize your conversations in Hatz AI. Create custom folders to categorize your chats by project, client, topic, or any system that works for you. With Chat Folders, you can keep your workspace organized and find the conversations you need quickly.
What You Can Do
With Chat Folders, you can:
Create up to 15 custom folders to organize your chats by project, client, topic, or any system that works for you
Move conversations into folders to keep your main chat view clean and focused
Keep your organization personal — your folders are yours alone and can't be seen by other users
Manage with confidence — rename, and change colors of folders as your needs change, and choose what happens to your chats when deleting folders
How It Works
Chat Folders are personal to each user, so you can organize your workspace exactly how you want it. Create folders that match your workflow, move chats into them with ease, and keep everything accessible when you need it.
Each chat lives in one folder at a time, making it simple to find what you're looking for. When you're done with a project or client, you can reorganize or archive those conversations as needed.
Smart Deletion Controls
We built Chat Folders with safety in mind. When you delete a folder, you're always given two clear options:
Delete the folder only — Remove the folder but keep all your chats safe by moving them back to your main chat view
Delete folder and chats — Permanently remove both the folder and its contents when you're ready to clear things out
No surprises, no lost conversations—you're always in control.
Who This Is For
Chat Folders are useful for:
Users managing multiple projects or clients simultaneously
Anyone working with different topics or work streams
Users who want to keep their chat history organized and easy to navigate
Anyone with a growing list of conversations who needs better organization
No special permissions or plan upgrades required—all users can create and manage their own Chat Folders
