ScalePad Integration

This article covers the steps to integrate Hatz and ScalePad as well as the tool calls available once it is integrated.

Updated this week

Getting Started

The integration with ScalePad uses ScalePad's MCP server through an API key that is created in ScalePad. The ScalePad user must be an administrator to have permissions to view and create API keys. This integration needs to be done by each user that wants to integrate and make tool calls to ScalePad.

Follow the below steps to create your API key in ScalePad and configure the integration with Hatz.

Integration Process

1) Create an API key in ScalePad

  • Login to your ScalePad account and select the "API" tab at the top

  • Select "New API key" in the top right

  • Input a key name, set the expiration date and then generate the key

  • Copy the key and save it in a safe location

2) Integrate Hatz and ScalePad

  • Login to Hatz, select Workshop at the top and then select Connections on the left menu

  • Find the ScalePad connection and select Add

  • Input the ScalePad API key that was saved from the previous step and select Connect

  • Confirm that ScalePad was integrated successfully
