HubSpot MCP Integration

Connect HubSpot to Hatz using a customer-managed OAuth app.

HubSpot MCP Integration

Overview

Use the HubSpot MCP integration to bring HubSpot CRM context into Hatz.
The provider endpoint for this integration is https://mcp.hubspot.com.
HubSpot MCP setup may require a HubSpot admin to approve or configure the provider-side OAuth app before users connect in Hatz.

Common use cases

  • Bring HubSpot CRM context into sales or support workflows.

  • Use HubSpot MCP to inspect contacts, companies, and deal context.

Example asks

  • "Use HubSpot to summarize this account."

  • "Find recent HubSpot activity for this company."

Prerequisites

  • A HubSpot account or workspace with access to the provider's MCP features.

  • Access to the Hatz Connections screen.

  • Any HubSpot admin approval required by your workspace.

Provider-side setup

  1. Ask your workspace admin to create or approve the required OAuth app for this provider.

  2. Make sure the Hatz callback URL is registered before you try to connect.

Connect the MCP server

  1. In Hatz, open Connections and choose HubSpot.

  2. Click Connect.

  3. Complete the HubSpot approval flow when Hatz redirects you to the provider.

  4. Test the connection with an ask such as "Use HubSpot to summarize this account."

Troubleshooting

  • Authentication failures usually mean the HubSpot workspace, app approval, or browser sign-in flow is incomplete.

  • If the integration is not visible in Hatz yet, ask a Hatz admin to confirm your workspace has access to the integration.

  • If HubSpot requires app approval for your workspace, ask a HubSpot admin to approve the app and confirm the redirect URL is registered.
