Hatz connects to this provider with a bearer token.
Common use cases

Use Intercom context during escalations, handoffs, and product triage.

"Find recent Intercom conversations mentioning billing errors."
Prerequisites
An Intercom account or workspace with access to the provider's MCP features.
Access to the Hatz Connections screen.
Provider-side setup
Create or copy the token you want to use for the provider MCP server.
Confirm the token has the scopes or permissions required for MCP access.
Connect the MCP server
In Hatz, open Connections and choose Intercom.
Click Connect.
Paste the token when Hatz prompts for credentials.
Test the connection with an ask such as "Use Intercom to summarize recent customer conversations about this issue."
Troubleshooting
Authentication failures usually mean the Intercom workspace or access token is incomplete.
If the integration is not visible in Hatz yet, ask a Hatz admin to confirm the integration is enabled for your workspace.
Use an Intercom access token in the Authorization header.
