In this article, you’ll learn how to access your Customer Dashboard. Everything you’ve done so far has been inside your Admin Dashboard, but if you want to utilize cool products and features like:
- AI Chat
- Community Apps Library
- Company-specific Apps
Then you’ll need to log into your Customer Dashboard!
Accessing Your Customer Dashboard
You’ve logged in and customized your interface with your MSP’s brand identity. The most important step in Customizing Your Tenant is creating your subdomain. That subdomain becomes the URL for your clients to access the Hatz AI platform, but it also becomes the URL for you and your MSP to access your own Customer Dashboard.
Each NFR license (the user license that grants access to the Admin Dashboard) also grants access to your own MSP’s tenant. We do this because you might create apps that are custom-built to your MSP, so you can go to [MSP].hatz.ai to use them, as well as the AI Chat product.
You see in the image below that there are 5 tenants. The first is “Mark’s Company.” You’ll see something similar when you log into your Admin Dashboard. When you publish apps, you can publish them to your own company, and then access them via the Customer Dashboard by going to “My Apps.”
STEP 1
Go to your subdomain URL. This is the URL your customers will use to access the Hatz AI platform.
STEP 2
Enter your login information that grants access to the Admin Dashboard.
STEP 3
One of the biggest reasons to use your Customer Dashboard is the Community Apps feature. There’s a lot of info about why that matters to your MSP and how to use it at Duplicating Community Apps.
