In this article, youโ€™ll learn how to add users to your tenant. These users are people from your own MSP and will have access to the Admin Dashboard.

When you begin adding employees from your MSP to your admin tenant, you can use this article as a quick reference. Not everyone should be an Admin!

To add a new user to your Admin tenant (to give them a login via admin.hatz.ai) you simply follow these steps:

  1. Log into admin.hatz.ai

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Click on Add a user

  4. Fill out the invite window

โ—Remember - these users are the people in your MSP. Everyone user you create from admin.hatz.ai > Settings > Add New User will log in via admin.hatz.ai.

ALL USERS added to your Admin tenant will ALSO gain access to the customer view so that they can use the chat, automations, etc.


What happens if I need to add an existing user from my MSP to my Admin tenant?

Easy! Just go to admin.hatz.ai and go to Settings. Add a user as usual on the admin dashboard:

Use the EXACT same email as you used to invite the user to the company tenant.

Then you should see this message:

And that's that! They'll have access to BOTH admin.hatz.ai, as well as the subdomain.hatz.ai login.
