When you're ready to add a new client to Hatz AI, follow these steps. Note that this only needs to be done ONCE per client. After the initial user is added and the tenant is provisioned, you can add users from the company inside the newly created tenant.
Start at admin.hatz.ai and go to Billing
Click on "Buy Licenses"
That will open this window. Click on "Choose your license"
Then, purchase a package
That will bring you to this page, where you can choose the best package for your customer. Don't forget, you can always change the package later - the important thing is to just get started!
When in doubt, choose a Starter Pack.
Back in the Billing tab, you'll see that you have a package available to assign.
Now, move to the Tenants tab.
Your first tenant is your own company, and it's there by default. The new tenant you create will be your first client tenant.
βClick on " + New Tenant"
This will open up a new window, and you can choose how to invite the initial user. Creating a tenant requires an invitation sent to an initial employee of the client company.
βTypically, Invite with Email is the most common method.
After selecting the method, fill out the required fields and choose the package. You'll see a dropdown of all available packages you can provision.
Finally, send the invite, and your client will receive an email with instructions to set up their tenant.
Note that each new tenant requires a new package. Packages cannot be split or shared between tenants.
