LLM Settings

You can set a default LLM or disables LLMs for your org

Updated this week

There are lots of LLMs available on Hatz. Dozens. While they all have their merit, sometimes the choice can be overwhelming. That's why we've added some features that help you make it easier to find the perfect AI model for each use case:

Default LLMs and Disabled LLMs.

Default LLM

One specific LLM can be set to be the default for your organization. This will be used as the primary AI assistant unless users specify otherwise. This makes it show up first when you open the Chat, and it's also the default for each step in the Workshop.

Why would you want to do this? The main reason is that if your team prefers a certain AI model, it will take less time choosing it for each function.

MSP Admins

If you're an MSP Admin (you log in via admin.hatz.ai), then you can set a default LLM for:

  • Specific tenant(s) including your own

    • Admin > Tenants > Select the tenant > Organization Settings

  • ALL tenants

    • Admin > Settings > Global Settings

Client Admin

If you are not an MSP Admin, but you're the Client Admin for your organization, you can set a default LLM for:

  • Your own tenant

    • Log into Hatz > Workspace > Org Settings

Disable LLMs

Select which language models should be disabled for your organization. Disabled models will not be available to users. You can disable a single model, all models from a certain developer, or mix and match.

If you want to cut down the number of choices for each developer (like OpenAI, Anthropic, etc) or cut out a whole developer altogether, you can!

MSP Admins

If you're an MSP Admin (you log in via admin.hatz.ai), then you can disable LLM(s) for:

  • Specific tenant(s) including your own

    • Admin > Tenants > Select the tenant > Organization Settings

  • ALL tenants

    • Admin > Settings > Global Settings

Client Admin

If you are not an MSP Admin, but you're the Client Admin for your organization, you can disable LLM(s) for:

  • Your own tenant

    • Log into Hatz > Workspace > Org Settings
