Enforcing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) greatly enhances security by requiring additional verification beyond just usernames and passwords. It protects against fraud, identity theft, and credential-based attacks, aligning with industry compliance standards. Implementing MFA is a critical step in a comprehensive security strategy.
MSP Admins
If you're an MSP Admin (you log in via admin.hatz.ai), then you can enforce MFA for:
Specific tenant(s) including your own
Admin > Tenants > Select the tenant > Organization Settings
ALL tenants
Admin > Settings > Global Settings
Client Admin
If you are not an MSP Admin, but you're the Client Admin for your organization, you can enforce MFA for:
Your own tenant
Log into Hatz > Workspace > Org Settings
However, if your MSP has enforce MFA for your org, you cannot override this to turn it off.
