Hatz AI Doesn't Load

What to do when your chat history or workflows aren't loading, or you are unable to access

If you're getting errors in chat, and you've made sure your internet is working, you should make sure to whitelist the following domains:

*.hatz.ai (recommended if wildcards are supported)

OR

files.hatz.ai

You may also need to whitelist our AWS S3 file hosting domains where downloads are served from, hatz-files-prod.s3.amazonaws.com

You may need to whitelist the following IP address for your ConnectWise Manage Instance to accept requests from the Hatz platform.

34.145.228.1
