The Admin Dashboard

Learn how to navigate the Hatz Admin Dashboard to monitor credit usage, track user activity, and manage your tenants effectively.

Are you an Admin?

To access the admin dashboard, you must:

  • Log in through admin.hatz.ai

  • Be assigned the Admin or Primary Admin role on your account

Note: If you're not an admin, contact your account administrator to request access or to obtain usage information for your team.


Dashboard Overview

The admin dashboard provides a centralized view of how all tenants in your organization use Hatz. All data displayed reacts dynamically to two filters:

  • Date range – Select a custom time period for your reports

  • Tenant selection – View data for all tenants, a specific tenant, or just your own


Credit Usage Trend

This card displays credit consumption over time and includes four tabs:

Tab

Description

Usage

Shows total credits used and identifies high-usage days

Credit In and Out

Compares input credits (data added) vs. output credits (content generated)

Breakdown

Use the Breakdown tab to understand whether users primarily engage with chat, build workflows, or create agents.

Phone

Shows call volume, duration, and related metrics for phone agents (if applicable)


Power Users and Power Builders

This section identifies your most active team members:

  • Power Users – The individuals consuming the most credits

  • Power Builders – The top creators of workflows, apps, and agents


Key Metrics

View a quick snapshot of activity in your tenant:

  • Active users

  • Total workflow runs

  • Workflows built


Credit Usage Heat Map

The heat map visualizes hourly usage patterns across the week.

How to read the heat map:

  • Columns represent hours on a 24-hour clock (00–23)

  • Rows represent days of the week (Sunday–Saturday)

  • Darker cells indicate higher credit usage

  • Gray cells indicate no activity

All times are displayed in your local time zone.


Top Models

This card shows which AI models your users access most frequently during the selected time period. Use this data to understand model preferences across your organization.


Workshop Leaderboard

View the top-performing items created by your team:

  • Top 3 Apps

  • Top 3 Workflows

  • Top 3 Agents

Each item displays its total number of runs for the selected tenant(s).


Exporting Data

Click the Download (or Export) button at the top of the dashboard to access two export options:

Generate LMS Report

Download a report showing which users in a selected tenant have completed specific trainings.

To generate an LMS report:

  1. Select a tenant from the dropdown

  2. Click Download > Generate LMS Report

  3. Open the downloaded file to view training completion data

Download a CSV

Export dashboard data as a spreadsheet with customizable fields.

To download a CSV:

  1. Set your desired date range and tenant selection

  2. Click Download > Download a CSV

  3. Select the information you want to include

  4. Click Export
