Understanding Your Chat Sidebar
1. Pinned chats
Chats you've pinned for quick access appear at the top. The pin icon (📌) indicates a pinned chat. The section shows the count of pinned items in parentheses (e.g., "(1)").
2. Folders
Your custom folders appear in the middle section, showing the total folder count (e.g., "(3)"). Each folder displays:
A colored folder icon (you choose the color)
The folder name
A chevron (>) to expand or collapse the folder
The number of chats inside when expanded

3. Previous chats
Chats that aren't pinned or organized into folders appear here, showing the total count (e.g., "(18)").
4. View All
A button at the bottom to see your complete chat history.
Understanding Your Chat History
Overview
The History tab provides a comprehensive, table-based view of all your conversations in Hatz AI. Access it by clicking the View All button at the bottom of your chat sidebar in the Chat interface.
Key Features
Powerful Filtering
Date Filter
Use the date picker (showing "Feb 19, 2026" in the example) to filter chats by specific date
Click the calendar icon to select any date and view conversations from that day
Model Filter
Filter your chat history by AI model or Agent
Active filters appear as removable chips (e.g., "Gemini 3.1 Pro Preview")
Click the X on any filter chip to remove it and show all chats
Click the dropdown arrow (v) to access additional filtering options
Search by Name
Use the search bar on the right to find specific conversations by title
Type keywords to instantly filter your chat list
Sortable Table View
The History tab displays your chats in a clean, organized table with three sortable columns:
Name — The conversation title with the model icon
Model — Which LLM or Agent was used (e.g., "GEMINI")
Created — Relative timestamps (e.g., "about 2 hours ago", "about 1 hour ago") or days / months ago.
Click any column header (indicated by ↕ arrows) to sort your chats in ascending or descending order.
Bulk Selection
Checkboxes appear in the leftmost column for each chat
Select multiple conversations simultaneously for bulk deletion
Select individual chats or use the header checkbox to select all visible chats
Easy Navigation
Back to Chat buttons appear at both the top left and bottom right of the screen
Click any chat row to open that conversation
The model icon appears next to each chat name for quick visual identification
When to Use the History Tab
The History tab is ideal for:
Finding older conversations that are no longer visible in your sidebar
Reviewing chats from a specific date using the date picker
Filtering by AI model to see all conversations with a particular LLM
Searching by keyword to locate specific topics or titles
Managing multiple chats using bulk selection tools
Getting an overview of your entire chat history in one place
