Getting Started
This article covers the steps to delete your MSP's organization from Hatz. This will delete all of the associated data with your organization including all users, their chat history, and any items that were created in the Workshop.
Prerequisites
In order to cancel your MSP's organization in Hatz there are two items that must be confirmed and completed first:
Confirm that your user has the "Primary Admin" role on admin.hatz.ai
Delete all of your end user tenants

Deleting the end user tenant will delete all of the data associated with that tenant
Process
Use the below steps to delete your MSP's organization from Hatz.
Login to admin.hatz.ai
Select the "Settings" tab at the top and then select "Global Settings" on the left menu
Scroll to the bottom to find the "Cancel Organization" section
Select the "Cancel Organization" button
Once this is completed your organization will be deleted and all tenant data, user accounts, AI configurations, and API keys will be removed.
