Chat is taking too long to respond

  • Try refreshing the page. Usually, this will solve the problem. If not, you might need to switch to a new LLM.
 

An old chat doesn’t give good outputs anymore 

  • Each LLM has a context window - a limit to how much data it can view at one time. If you have been using the same chat for a long
 

File won’t upload

  • Even if a file is below the 30MB limit, it might be larger than the token limit for the chosen LLM. Gemeni 1.5 Pro can handle the largest files.
 

Access Restricted

  • Make sure you’re logging into the correct page. Admin.hatz.ai is reserved for your Hatz AI administrators, and you have a unique URL for your own organization.
