ALL USERS added to your Admin tenant will ALSO gain access to the customer view so that they can use the chat, automations, etc.
Another way to look at the roles

Admin | Can manage users, billing, all tenants, etc | Can invite via email invitations ‘Primary admins’ to help them configure/manage the MSP setup. |
Primary Admin | Same as admin but registered on the tenant | Manage users for the tenant |
Billing Manager | Manage Billing | Able to view billing details of a tenant / MSP |
Client Manager | Manage Tenants | Manage All Children Tenants, but not current tenant |
Client Admin | Admin of the tenant | Can invite End-users through the “Settings” section |
General User | End-user features | Chat Only + App Builder (All Features) |
