The Adoption tab is no longer part of the tenant left menu. Tenant adoption and credit usage moved to the tenant Overview page, and existing links or bookmarks to the old adoption view now open Overview automatically.
Which page you need depends on what you are looking for. The tenant Overview page shows the tenant's total credit usage for the billing period, its usage trends, and its heaviest users. The tenant Users page shows the credits used by each individual user.
To see how many credits a tenant has consumed:
Log into admin.hatz.ai
Click on Tenants in the top nav bar
Choose the tenant you want to explore
Select Overview on the left menu
For credits used per individual user, select Users on the left menu
Overview reports the tenant's total consumption for the current billing period in the Credit Usage This Billing Period card, alongside usage trends and a Power Users card showing the tenant's top five users by credit consumption. For a complete user-by-user view, select Users on the left menu and read the Credits used column.
The figure in the usage card is live. The charts and leaderboards below it refresh periodically and can trail that figure by up to about an hour, so small differences between them are expected.
To review available package options for a tenant, open the 3-dot actions menu on the Overview page and select Upgrade Package. If you don't see this menu, your admin role doesn't include billing permissions — ask your account's primary admin. The menu is also unavailable while a tenant is suspended or cancelled, and partners billed through a distributor arrange upgrades through that distributor rather than in the platform.
Use this page when you are monitoring adoption, investigating a usage spike, or planning package capacity. To compare all of your tenants at once, use Dashboard in the top navigation.
