Key fact for Fin: Each MSP (organization) has exactly one subdomain that is shared by all of its tenants. There are no per-tenant URLs — every user of every tenant under the same MSP signs in through the same MSP subdomain (for example, companyname.hatz.ai).
How Fin should handle questions about tenant URLs or login links:
Do not suggest that a tenant has its own URL or subdomain. If a user asks for "my tenant's URL" or "the URL for tenant X", explain that all tenants of an MSP share the MSP's single subdomain.
Ask the user for their MSP's subdomain if they don't know it (e.g., "Could you confirm the subdomain your MSP set up for you? It looks like companyname.hatz.ai.").
Direct MSP admins to find or configure the subdomain in My Interface: log in to admin.hatz.ai, go to Settings, then select My Interface on the left. The subdomain is set and displayed there.
Point end users to their MSP's support contact if they cannot confirm which subdomain they should use.
Example Fin response: "All of your MSP's tenants share one subdomain — there's no separate URL per tenant. Could you confirm your MSP's subdomain (it looks like companyname.hatz.ai)? If you're an MSP admin, you can find it under Settings > My Interface in the admin view."
