MSP (Internal) Onboarding:

  1. What to do in admin.hatz.ai (only relevant for Admin login holder; if that’s not you, go to #2).

  2. Complete the AI Champions + Navigator Certifications

    1. The AI Champions Certification is the FIRST place to start learning about Hatz.

      1. Hatz Pro-Tip: Aim to have your entire team certified in the first week. This will accelerate internal adoption and get your teams selling Hatz quicker.

    2. For team members that have completed the Champions Certification and are ready to jump into Hatz, then enroll in our AI Navigator Certification (available directly in the Learning Portal).

      1. Hatz Pro-Tip: This course takes team members through the first 90 days of onboarding. The modules are not gated by days enrolled, but we strongly recommend waiting to continue until each milestone is hit.

  3. Sign Up to Hear from Hatz:

    1. Feature Fridays (Weekly Feature Release)

      1. Every Friday at 11AM ET, you can hear from our team on weekly releases of new features and relevant use case demos.

    2. Monthly Roundtables (Monthly Webinar)

      1. A more structured monthly event for our MSP partners to stay up to date with Hatz and hear from our CEO, Jimmy Hatzell, about the future of Hatz and the AI landscape.

    3. Sign up for New Feature Alerts (Email Updates)

      1. Weekly newsletter outlining the newest features released, demo videos, use case examples, and documentation articles about the newest features in Hatz.

Pitching Hatz to Clients:

BEFORE YOU PITCH: Master internal adoption first by following the steps above!

  1. Add AI to Your Website

    1. Now your MSP has AI expertise, your website should reflect that. Create a landing page for your updated “AI-as-a-Service” offering to let your clients know what they’re missing out on!

      1. Language you can use: AI-as-a-Service / Managed AI / Secure AI Platform

  2. Have a Conversation with a Client

      1. Ready to start selling Hatz to clients? Just like your Hatz rep walked you through Secure AI and Adoption, you’ll need to do the same for your clients (who are most likely already impacted from Shadow AI, even if they don’t know it).

        1. Remember: the same way your team had to Crawl-Walk-Run to become AI Champions, your clients will go on the same journey.

      2. This deck takes clients step-by-step through the first 90-days of AI adoption. The goal here is to have clients understand the importance of Secure AI and the positive impact of an all-in-one AI platform.

        1. Hatz Pro-Tip: Your first conversation with a client should not jump straight into use case ideation and "putting the house on the moon" discussions (aka, “I want a workflow that does 25 things for me”). Start with Chat and work your way to agents and workflows.
