Getting Started
If a tenant reaches its calendar-month credit allowance, some more credit-intensive models or credit-consuming features may be limited until capacity is adjusted or the monthly allowance resets. A package upgrade increases the tenant's monthly credit allowance and is usually the right path when the tenant regularly needs more capacity. Temporary capacity questions may require account-owner or Billing review.
How to Upgrade a Package for a Tenant
Follow the below steps to upgrade a tenant package (including your MSP NFR tenant):
Login to admin.hatz.ai and select the "Tenants" tab at the top
Select the tenant that you would like to upgrade from the list
Select the "Upgrade Package" button in the top right
Select the package you want to upgrade to and select "Continue"
Confirm the details on the next page and select "Confirm Upgrade"
The package upgrade will take effect immediately and the credit limit will increase for the tenant that was upgraded.
Downgrades and package changes
Package downgrades, moving a tenant to an Intro package, credit-pack questions, invoice changes, and contract-specific billing requests may require account-owner or Billing review. If the self-serve package flow does not show the requested change, contact Support with the tenant name, current package, requested package, reason for the change, and desired effective date.
